We participate with several PPO insurance providers to maximize your benefits. Our in-network partnerships include Delta Dental, MetLife, and Guardian, allowing you to receive care with reduced out-of-pocket costs. Additionally, we work with insurance plans affiliated with Zelis, which includes providers such as Beam, Ameritas, Cigna, Anthem, and United Concordia.

Please note that we do not participate with Medicare or Fidelis plans, and we do not accept DMO or HMO insurance plans. For out-of-network insurance plans, we handle claims in one of two ways: we can submit the claim directly to your insurance company and you will be reimbursed by your provider, or we can deduct the anticipated insurance payment from your out-of-pocket costs at the time of service.

• Full payment discount: patients who pay for their treatment in full on their first visit will receive an additional discount
• Three-installment plans: depending on your treatment plan, you may be able to divide payments into three manageable installments
• CareCredit financing: we accept CareCredit as a third-party financing option for extended payment terms

Please note that if CareCredit financing is used, no additional discount will be offered. For direct payments, we accept credit cards, cash, and bank checks, though we do not accept personal checks.
